Wonderful resource and teaching tool I use this as a textbook for Masters students learning to construct workflows for delivery of multiple media projects. This book gets them thinking about the cost of delivering an entity's message in terms of resources, effectiveness for various audiences and the learning curve involved for those participating. The topics covered apply to ANY business model, not just non-profits. Efficient use of limited resources is appropriate for everyone. Nicely done. | ||
