Basic Book on Communication Skills This is a good basic book on improving communication skills. In communicating, we seek to get our message across to others. The communication process involves the sender of the message, the use of the appropriate communication channel, the receiver and feedback. This process leaves room for error, with messages often misinterpreted by one or more of the parties involved. This causes unnecessary confusion and counter productivity. The author comes up with tips and ways to ensure effective communication. A message is successful when both the sender and the receiver perceive it in the same way.
