good condition new, fasst deliver. there is nothing wrong with the book, but i feel the previous edition is better than this one.
This book is great if you need to raise 1 leg of a table 1 inch. Let me sum this book up: the nursing process is ADPIE - assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate. If you need a book to tell you nurses should be caring & non-discriminative then shame on you. This book is useless. Save your time & money-don't buy or read this.
Ordered the wrong edition, but I got what I chose I haven't started using this book yet, as my classes haven't started, but I think it should be OK even though I ordered the wrong edition. Maybe making edition numbers more prominent in the ordering process would help! Delivery was very fast.

A must for all nursing students. This book is an excelent introductoin to the nursing process. She explains the how and why in a clear and concise manner. She shows how the nursing process can be applies to a variety of settings and situations, and also how to adapt it to the spacific needs of the patient.
