Thru Software Developer's Eye Very handy for functional and semi-technical users Good examples on workflows and plug-ins and security model Pretty much whole nine yards about the product
Good for Customization but not a "starters" book I purchased the book thinking it'd be a good one-stop-shop to get me started on my CRM 4 implementation. I was a little disappointed that the book was geared more heavily towards modifications and than the initial implementation. The content that they do have is very informative and I'll get good use out of it so that's why I've chosen to give the book 4 stars but I would have liked to have seen more examples about how to implement CRM (with and without modifications) in a practical and efficient manner.
Good condition and fast delivery Good condition and fast delivery. It only took 10 days before I received it in New Zealand. Will trade again
Decent book... The book is a decent update to the previous version which I also have. Most of the content was written while CRM 4.0 was being developed. It kind of shows. Many sections have the spirit of things but are not 100% accurate. Specifically some of the coding recommendations run contrary to information contained in the SDK release from Microsoft. Additionally not all of the coding samples work. There are not alot of CRM 4.0 references out there and this one is not bad. I can recommend it as a good starting point to orient yourself.
