Emanuel Law outlines: Civil procedure Highly recommend it!!!!!In my opinion it is a very good source of supplementary information. The outlining is great and the explanations really do help. The cases that are discussed relate directly to the topic at issue and the main ideas of a particular case are outlined as well. | ||
Good for Black Letter Law Emanuel does a nice job on the black letter law. Prefer his Crunchtime series for exam prep. | ||
Great self teaching book This is a great book if you need an extra aid for your Civ pro course. I am using it exclusive of the text required and it is shorter and more valuable than the text material. As a companion book, in addition to attending class and supplementing with the full cases now and again from the text, it is great. Highly recommended. | ||
Emanuel Civil Procedure BUY OUTLINES FOR ALL YOUR CLASSES! THE BOOKS FOR CLASS ARE ONLY CASEBOOKS - THEY DON'T EXPLAIN THE LAW; THE OUTLINES DO! I have found this book VERY helpful. I will be purchasing a commercial outline of some sort for every class I take now. Emanuel's, specifically, is very good. I have no way of comparing this brand with others, since this is the only brand I have used, but nonetheless, I have been very pleased. | ||
